2.Printing service
Current regulations require product identification for pharmaceutical oral dosage forms. In the health nutrition field, there is an increasing demand for product differentiation.
Our capsule printing service is available for both Axial and Rotational Printing using FDA approved ink. The selections of ink colors include black, white, red, blue, green and gray.
Ⅱ. Storage Condition
1.Basic storage condition
Capsule are package materials for the pharmaceutical and health food which can protect their contents. Empty capsules must be properly stored in a good temperature and humidity environment before filling process to ensure the quality.
Storage Condition
Temperature: 15~25℃
Relative Humidity: 35~65%
2.Storage Suggestion
Direct sunlight should be avoided.
Keep away from water or high humidity environment; store in a cool and dry place.
Remainder capsules should be tightly sealed within an aluminum foil bag to avoid further change in quality.
3.Shelf life
Under recommended storage condition, our capsules will maintain their quality for 5 years from the manufacture date.
Ⅲ. Shipping
For capsule quality concern, usually when we ship by sea, it's always by one full container as the capsules can be kept in the full container at +20 centigrade cold storage (reefer container) to ensure the quality not be affected during the transportation because it's extremely risky to ship by LCL(CFS) sea shipment due to other cargo in the same container may possibly affect capsule products according to our past experiences. So, if the order quantity is less than one full container, it would be recommended to ship by air that can provide better storage condition during the transportation.

Capsules are packaged in a moisture-proof and heat-insulating aluminum foil bag and then placed in a sturdy and insulated carton.
